My Mentorship House™ operates on a subscription model.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered under circumstances such as:
Duplicate charges
Billing errors
Unauthorized transactions
Mentor-to-Mentee Payments
My Mentorship House™ serves as a technology platform.
Payments made between mentors and mentees are governed by the mentor's individual policies.
My Mentorship House™ is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or service outcomes between mentors and mentees.
