MY MENTORSHIP HOUSE™ TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to My Mentorship House™ ("Platform," "Website," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using My Mentorship House™, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform

1. Description of Services

My Mentorship House™ is a cloud-based mentorship management platform designed to help mentors organize, manage, and communicate with mentees.

Features may include:

  • Client management

  • Scheduling and calendar tools

  • Zoom meeting integrations

  • Assignment and task tracking

  • Resource sharing

  • Journaling tools

  • Messaging features

  • Invoicing and payment collection

  • Progress tracking

  • Reporting and administrative functions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

By registering, you represent that:

  • The information provided is accurate.

  • You have authority to create the account.

  • You will maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login information.

  • All activities conducted through their account.

  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised passwords or user negligence.

4. Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors using the Platform agree to:

  • Conduct business ethically and legally.

  • Maintain appropriate records.

  • Obtain consent from their mentees when required.

  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding privacy and communication.

Mentors are solely responsible for their mentorship services and interactions with mentees.

5. Mentee Responsibilities

Mentees agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Participate respectfully.

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

  • Refrain from uploading harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. No Professional Advice

My Mentorship House™ provides software tools only.

The Platform does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health treatment

  • Licensed counseling

  • Financial advice

​

Any guidance provided by mentors is solely the responsibility of the mentor.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require paid subscriptions.

​

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.

​

Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

​

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Software

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Features

remain the property of My Mentorship House™ and are protected by intellectual property laws.

​

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Platform.

By uploading content, you grant My Mentorship House™ a limited license to host, display, and process the content solely for operating the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any uploaded material.

10. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

  • Violate laws

  • Upload malware

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Harass others

  • Transmit harmful content

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent activities

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Mentorship House™ shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may cancel their account at any time.

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
